Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours in advance. Board and train are half down deposit. Service dog train is first three months in advance. Therapy dog train is first 8 weeks in advance. All services that require a deposit, all deposits are NON REFUNDABLE for cancellations. Deposits are transferable for rescheduling. Our assessment is free the first hour, after the first hour we start at an $80 minimum per hour. When we come to your home for training, time is a door to door policy, meaning training time starts when the trainer texts and tells you they're in rout and it is calculated for drive time for the trainers return. EXAMPLE: If its a 30 minute drive one way, total drive time will be billed at one hour of training. All training is due and payable same day or at drop off.
