Service Dog Training
Our specialty service dog training prepares dogs to assist individuals with specific needs, such as autism or POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome).
Our comprehensive program includes:

Therapy Dog Training
Our Therapy Dog Training Program at A2J Happy Tails Canine Training prepares dogs to bring joy and comfort to people. This 8-16 week program builds upon the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) and AKC Canine Advanced Good Citizen (A-CGC) programs.
The CGC training is foundational and necessary for service dog training, teaching essential skills like basic obedience, polite interactions, and calm behavior. This foundation is crucial for advanced training, ensuring dogs can navigate various environments with confidence.
We'll build on this foundation with advanced training in distraction, self-control, and interaction with diverse individuals. Our specialized therapy dog training includes exposure to various environments, practice interactions, and bond-building exercises.
Our goal is to empower you and your dog to make a positive impact in your community, bringing comfort and companionship to those in need.
Ongoing Maintenance & Support
At A2J Happy Tails K9 Training, we prioritize personalized attention and support to ensure our clients and their dogs receive the highest quality training and education.
